Shipping & returns

We can deliver any address in the world. But please note that according to some restrictions some products can not be delivered internationally.

The delivery time is estimated between 3 and 8 days. This time varies depending on the availability of the product and the preparation time it may require. If your delivery has a problem, we will contact you via email to inform you and find a solution.

The shipping costs are £7.99 From £70.00 of purchase, they are offered. If all products are in stock we ship your order no later than the day after receipt of your payment. Some countries may have different prices, please contact us.

Your return must not exceed 14 days of your purchase. We promise to pay the cost of return if the error is our fault (example: bad product received). You will receive your refund a few days after the receipt of the product in our premises. During this time we understand the time of referral from you, the time of transportation, the time of receipt on our side and the time that the bank will put to make the refund.

If you need to return a product because it does not suit you, the cost of return will be your responsibility.

The product must not have been worn and / or damaged.

In order to get your refund as soon as possible, please follow these instructions to make your return.

1. Repack cleanly the product in its original packaging.
2. Attach the copy of your invoice in the package. If you have lost it, do not panic, write your order number on free paper with all your details. Feel free to send us as much information as possible to facilitate the refund or return process.
3. If the error is our responsibility, attach the copy of your invoice for the return charge.
4. Preserve the proof of deposit that justifies your return. You may need it later.
5. In the return package do not forget to add the copy of the invoice on which you specify what you want and a check of £7 for shipping costs of new shipment.

We will proceed to the exchange as soon as possible upon receipt of your package (provided that the item is in stock).

Please note that some products cannot be returned, as indicated in our General Conditions of Sale.
